Where we ship from

Every order is packed and sent from Australia by Australia Post.

Australia

Standard delivery is a flat $10. Orders over $90 ship free.

Australia Post takes 2 to 8 business days to deliver, depending on how far the parcel has to travel. You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.

How long before it leaves us

Most orders go out the next business day. Allow 1 to 4 business days before your parcel leaves us.

We make in small runs and pack orders ourselves, so this is a real window, not a placeholder.

Outside Australia

We do ship overseas. The rate is calculated at checkout from the weight and the destination. Duties and taxes in the destination country are yours to pay, and we cannot tell you in advance what they will be.

Something wrong with your delivery

If your tracking has not moved for a week, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to hello@littlecousin.com.au with your order number and we will chase it with Australia Post. Photographs of a damaged parcel help.

Wrong address

We send to the address you type at checkout. If you spot a mistake, tell us the same day and we will almost certainly catch it before the parcel goes.
